Tracked 48 Royal Mail - £4.74
International Airmail tracked - depends on location.
For tracked mail, you can enter your tracking number here or click the link in your dispatch notice email. Please allow 48 hours for your tracking to populate and update.
Delivery will typically take around 5-7 working days for Europe and 7-10 working days for the rest of the world.
We are not liable for local customs and sales tax. Your local customs authority may notify you once your order reaches your country and customs and sales tax may be applied and paid by you before you receive your goods. Any customs delay or charges that may occur is beyond our control.
When will my order be shipped?
As soon as your order is placed, we will be busy doing everything we can to get it to you as soon as possible. Shipping is done via Royal Mail.
We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Once your parcel leaves our hands, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver your parcel. By purchasing you adhere to these conditions. In the unlikely event your parcel has not arrived or has arrived damaged, you can look to make a claim with Royal Mail here.

What is your return policy?
We think you will be as pleased as we are with your Four purchase. However, we accept that in some situations you may wish to return your item and we are happy to help. We offer a refund within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in the same condition as they arrived in. Items that are damaged or show signs of use and/or wear may not be accepted for a refund.
How do I return an item?
To start the return process, please contact us at email@example.com and stating your order number in the subject line. We will contact you to arrange for your item to be returned. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping on returns.
